class="mainText">- Turn Key Lifts</span></h4> <p>As suggested by its name, a self-support freestanding hoistway structure is provided to support and fully enclose the material lift. The hoistway structure does not put any load on the building/mezzanine and thus is a self-support structure in a true sense.</p> <p>Use of self-support freestanding structure eliminates the need for a masonry block or poured concrete hoistway shaft for the material lift.</p> <p>The structure is made up of four structural hollow tubes, one at each corner. Walls for the structure are made up of steel sheets with steel cross members for bracing. Depending upon the site requirement/elevator or building code, the hoistway structure can either be mesh steel or solid steel type.</p> <p>The beauty of the hoistway structure is that it can be shipped to the site in a fully pre fabricated and pre-assembled state. Once at the site, it is erected and bolted to the floor slab of the building. The installation typically does not require any site welding. These features reduce the installation time to only a few days.</p> <p class="fromDescription2"><strong>Turn Key Lifts:</strong> To suit different site conditions and varied customer needs, we offer different product options, such as: </p> <ul> <li><strong>No Pit Depth Required:</strong> no recess below the floor level of lowest landing is required with this design. Lift equipment, along with hoistway structure, is mounted on lowest landing floor slab, saving the customer from having to cut the floor slab and pouring a new concrete pit. This design approach is very helpful for existing and operational facilities. When the lift platform comes to lowest landing it sits 2" above the lower landing floor level. This height is suitably ramped off by a steel / concrete ramp.</li> <li><strong>No Machine Room Required:</strong> If the lift is being installed in a non-public accessible area and also traveling under five meters, then a <strong>lockable enclosure for the hydraulic unit and lift controller can be provided</strong>.
